We offer a comprehensive joinery, renovations, improvements, and responsive repairs service to both commercial and private customers. We also work closely with several student let, landlords and letting agents managing a comprehensive repairs service for them together with planned works.

Who we are

We are a husband and wife run business.

Pete has worked for 2 large housing association over a combined 20 years. This last employment was a Project Surveyor managing planned and cyclical projects for improvement works for a Housing Association which owned 23,000 properties across the East and West of the country. He was in this role of 15 years. Prior to that he worked for a few building contractors as a carpenter/site foreman/agent

Pete is a carpenter by trade but also studied 2 years in Building Studies qualification so has had a lifetime of experience and continued training within the industry.

Sally was a Customer Engagement Officers in the same company working directly with tenants dealing with complaints which fed back into service improvement. She has an empathetic approach, and her aim is always to make sure the business works for our customers. Sally’s background and training is in Customer Service.

About us

Gaining feedback, feeding back to customers, and improving our services is very important to our business model. We have an excellent understanding of what our customers want by taking the time to listen to them. We know the importance of managing tight time scales for repairs which we understand to be essential in the commercial property industry. Our aim is always to provide a friendly service for all customers and deliver repairs in a professional and friendly way delivered to a high standard.

We have surrounded ourselves with and grown trusted relationships with a great team of subcontractors who work with us to deliver all commercial and private works in specialised areas which are managed and overseen throughout projects by BPS Joinery and Renovations. Most of these contractors have been forged from long term professional working relationships over many years.

We’re proud of the trusted working relationships and practises which have been forged with our customers so far and will continue to build on this service to grow our business. We won’t shy away from listening to be able to continue feeding back into our company service improvements. We keep our company knowledge ahead of the game with a continued training programme.

We are located within the east midlands on the Lincolnshire/Leicestershire border, so easily accessible to all major road links across the east of the country and the Midlands.
